The 34 acre property is located in the heart of Whitefield, along the western edge of the Geddenakere lake.
As always, inspired by nature, our goal has been to embrace and integrate it with the livings spaces in the homes we create. Conceptualised around the lake, apartments are placed closer along the edge as a crescent maximizing views towards east. Earth sheltered villas are positioned close to the central green park. A boardwalk along the lake, lined with amenities such as landscaped parks, play and performance areas and water bodies will all help create a vibrant community space.
With acres of landscaping and several hundreds of trees on campus, earth sheltered roofs over villas, sky gardens over the towers and terrace gardens with every single home, there will be a significant reduction in the ‘Urban heat island effect’ resulting in considerably lower air temperatures when compared to surrounding neighborhoods.
Project comprises both villas and apartments – 7 apartment towers, each at 36 levels (G+35 floors) offer 3 and 4 bedroom options and 63 villas. A commercial block is planned at the entrance of the project – enabling that the residential blocks are positioned away from the main road.
All villas are designed as earth-sheltered homes – where part of the homes are below ground and part over ground and blend well with the natural landscape. These homes being L shaped with all living spaces opening into the garden, these home have sufficient light, ventilation and at the same time provide utmost privacy. Roofs of these homes are landscaped and keep the spaces within much cooler.

C 20 – Circular 3 bedroom apartment | 2713 sft in size
These 3 bedroom homes are offered in the 2 circular towers and the semicircular portion of the intermediate blocks.
Each circular tower comprises 4 – three bedroom units per floor. The home is L shaped and designed with living spaces either opening into or looking into the terrace garden.
The view from these homes is radial and outward providing privacy and with no homes facing each other – the only common connect between two homes are the shared wall of the guest bedroom on one side and connect with the common corridor (landing and stair well) on the other side.
The home comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, large functional kitchen and utility. The terrace gardens alternate on every floor with access from the master and children’s bedroom depending on the floor on which the unit is located.
There are options by which 2 circular units can be combined side by side or one above the other.
L30 – L-shaped 3 bedroom apartment | 4033 sft
This home is designed such that most living spaces open into the terrace garden overseeing the lake. Facing east all these homes will be abundantly well lit. The terrace garden and wooden deck alternate on every floor. The foyer leads into the living space, which further opens into the terrace garden.
The kitchen opens into the dining space. The 3 bedrooms are designed such that they have direct views and access to the terrace garden further overlooking the lake.
The master bedroom with a large walk in wardrobe and attached bath is at the far end of the apartment.
L30 apartments are available in all the intermediate blocks from the 12th level(11th floor) to the 32nd level(31st Floor).

These large 4 bedroom apartments are designed to include most aspects of an independent villa / home to be part of the design. These apartments step behind at every level such that the terrace gardens are open to sky and cascade. On entering the home – the foyer leads to the living, family and dining, the kitchen is on the right. A large utility room has access both from the kitchen and the live-in help’s room. The master bedroom with a large bath and walk in wardrobe is at the far end of the apartment with direct access to the garden thru the wooden deck. The 2 children’s room have attached bath and open into the terrace garden. The guest bedroom positioned beyond the living room has a bathroom attached and a private terrace garden. These homes are available in the intermediate blocks (Blocks 2 to 6) from Ground Floor to 10th Floor(11th level).
Earth-sheltered villas – Built area of 5146 sft on land of size 4672 sft
The villas are based on the unique concept of earth-sheltered home where the roofs are curved and landscaped.
Each villa is a 4 bedroom home opening into a large garden with a lap pool. The access to the home is at the intermediate level with stairs leading up or down. The entry leads to a foyer which opens to a large living and dining area. These spaces open onto a wooden deck with views into the garden. The kitchen is designed as an open kitchen with easy access to the dining area.
The lower level comprise 2 bedrooms which open into the garden thru full height French windows. A media room measuring around 600+ sq ft is also provided on this level.
The upper level has the master bedroom opening onto a terrace garden and guest bedroom. The family room oversees the living area on the lower level. A maids room and toilet are provided with an independent access.

Offered with ORANGE specifications – all homes are customised, extensively furnished and are provided with long term property maintenance post handover.
Furnishing – All fixed furnishing including beds in bedrooms, wardrobes and study units, cabinets – both floor and wall mounted in the kitchens, louvered cabinets in the toilets, white goods – namely the dishwasher, burner with backing plate and chimney in the kitchen. The soft and loose furnishings are not part of the offering.
